2. AI-Powered Evaluation

Important Notice: EnvolPrep uses artificial intelligence (AI) technology powered by OpenAI to evaluate your test responses. By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your written and spoken test responses will be processed by OpenAI's GPT-4 and Whisper models to provide feedback and scoring.
• Your test data may be transmitted to OpenAI's servers for processing. OpenAI's data usage is governed by their own privacy policy.
• AI-generated feedback is provided for educational purposes only and should not be considered as official CELPIP scoring.
• While we strive for accuracy, AI evaluations may contain errors or inconsistencies. You use the feedback at your own discretion.

3. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. EnvolPrep does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI feedback accurately represents official CELPIP scoring
• Your test scores will improve through use of the Service

5. Limitation of Liability

EnvolPrep and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to test performance, data loss, or business interruption.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to test questions, sample responses, and educational materials, are owned by EnvolPrep or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
