I paid, but my pass is not active

Activation normally takes less than a minute. If it did not happen:

• Make sure you are signed in with the email address you paid from. Google and the email code both open the same account for one address, but a different address is a different account.
• Open your account page and reload it after a few minutes.
• Once an hour we re-check with Stripe every payment that has not activated, so a missed activation usually fixes itself within the hour.
• Still not active after an hour? Email us. We will turn it on by hand or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Refund policy

Passes are the only thing we sell: the Day, 7-day and 30-day passes. Each gives a set number of AI reviews per 24 hours on Writing and Speaking, and more AI Tutor sessions per day. A pass's time starts when it becomes active, so a late activation costs you no time.

• You get a full refund if your payment went through but the pass did not work: it never became active, or AI feedback kept failing while your pass was active and we could not fix it.
• Ask within 7 days of the purchase.
• To ask, email viktorbezai@gmail.com with the subject "Refund request". Include your account email, the date of the purchase and what went wrong. The button below fills these in for you.
• We do not refund a pass that worked and was used.
• We reply within 2 business days. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. It usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show on your statement, depending on your bank.

What to put in your email

These three things let us find your payment without asking you again:

• The email address of your EnvolPrep account.
• The date of the purchase.
• What went wrong, in one or two sentences. A screenshot helps.

• Found a mistake in a test, a wrong answer key, or a bug? Tell us which test and which question.
• Ideas, feedback and partnership questions are welcome at the same address.
